Many of our employees are recruited through external agencies in Poland, Bulgaria, and other European countries before traveling to the Netherlands to start at Werckpost. We make sure everything is taken care of — job, housing, transport, and administration.

Recruitment & referral (for workers from other European countries)
Many of our employees are recruited through external agencies in countries like Poland and Bulgaria. These agencies assist you with the application process and refer you to Werckpost in the Netherlands.

Registration & application
Sign up via our website or apply directly through one of our partners in your country. We’ll contact you to discuss your availability and preferences.

Travel to the Netherlands & first meeting
If you’re coming through an external agency, you’ll travel to the Netherlands independently. We’ll provide you with clear instructions for your arrival and what to arrange. Once you arrive, we’ll handle your registration and introduce you to Werckpost.

Administration & legal arrangements (for non-Dutch employees)
Upon arrival, we arrange all necessary paperwork, including:
- BSN (Citizen Service Number) registration
- Health insurance application
- Employment contract and salary administration
- Housing and transport to your workplace (if needed)

Introduction to the employer
Once you’re registered and everything is arranged, we’ll connect you with one of our clients. They’ll review your profile and confirm your start date.

Contract & work agreements
If you’re hired, we’ll take care of everything for you: your contract, salary details, and — if needed — housing and transport arrangements.

Housing & transport (for non-Dutch employees, if required)
- We provide safe, quality housing close to your workplace
- Transport to and from work is arranged through Werckpost cars, buses, or bicycles.

Your first day
On your first day, we’ll make sure you’re well prepared. Any questions? We’re always available to assist you.

Support & development
Even after you’ve started, we’ll be there to support you. Want to grow, work more hours, or have questions about your contract? We’ll think along and make sure you’re in the right place.
