What does Werckpost arrange for me?

If needed, Werckpost arranges your BSN (citizen service number), bank account, health insurance, housing, and transportation to your workplace.

Can I submit an open application?

Yes! If you don't immediately see a suitable vacancy, you can submit an open application. Our recruiters will help you find the right opportunity.

I’ve been out of work for a while — can I still apply?

Absolutely! We assist you in getting back to work, offering training, on-the-job coaching, or other guidance if necessary.

What kind of contract will I receive?

Werckpost works with different phases (Phase 1/2, Phase 3, Phase 4). The type of contract you receive depends on your employment duration and situation. Our recruiter will explain your specific phase.

How much will I earn as a temporary worker?

Your salary depends on your position, experience, education, and the applicable pay structure. In most cases, you will receive the same salary as a permanent employee at the client company (inlenersbeloning).

Do temporary workers earn less than permanent employees?

No, that's a common misconception. Thanks to the "inlenersbeloning," temporary workers earn the same as permanent employees performing the same work.

Do I build up a pension as a temporary worker?

Yes, you start building up pension rights from your first week of work if you are over 18. Werckpost pays the majority of the pension contribution, and you will automatically receive a pension overview once a year.

Do I continue to be paid if I am sick?

Yes, provided you report your illness correctly.

  • In Phase 1/2 without an agency clause, or in Phase 3 or 4, Werckpost will continue to pay part of your salary during illness.
  • Payments are based on your average earnings over the last 13 weeks.

Am I entitled to holiday pay?

Yes! You accrue 8.33% holiday pay on top of your salary. This is paid out automatically every year in the first week of June or when you leave Werckpost.

How does vacation leave work?

You accrue vacation days weekly:

  • Phase 1/2: 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time work) are saved as a separate balance.
  • Phase 3/4: 25 paid vacation days per year without a separate savings account.
When you leave Werckpost, any unused vacation balance will be paid out.

Will I be paid for public holidays?

Yes, if the holiday falls on a day you would normally have worked.
There are certain conditions, such as having worked at least 7 times on that day in the 13 weeks prior.

How is my salary paid?

Salaries are paid weekly based on approved working hours submitted via the Plan4Flex system.

When will I receive my salary payment?

Payments are made weekly after your hours are submitted and approved. If you submit hours late, payment will also be delayed.

What if something is wrong with my payment?

Please contact our administration department at Werckpost as soon as possible on 0527- 748010. They will help you further.

How is transport organized between my accommodation and my workplace?

Werckpost arranges transport (bike, car, or van) if needed, depending on the distance between your housing and workplace.

Can I always reach a coordinator if I have questions?

Yes! You can contact your coordinator directly. If they are unavailable, you can call our main office or service phone: +31 6 833 653 17.

How do I know when I have to work?

Your work schedule is shared with you via the Plan4Flex app or directly by your coordinator. Make sure to regularly check for updates.

How do I register my working hours?

You record your hours in the Plan4Flex app. We explain this process to you when you sign your contract.
