Do you have strong technical insight and several years of experience in production? Then we are looking for you! As an operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring progress, and solving simple malfunctions on the production line. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth production process so that products can be delivered on time.

About the function
As an operator, you work in a 2-shift system and are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a complete production line. You report directly to the team leader and operationally supervise colleagues on the line. With your technical insight, you monitor the process, make adjustments where necessary, and quickly solve simple malfunctions.
Your tasks include:
- Setting up and adjusting machines in the morning and during production;
- Preparing required production and packaging materials;
- Monitoring the production process on the equipment;
- Identifying and independently solving deviations and malfunctions (for serious issues, you inform the team leader);
- Keeping the production area clean and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations;
- Supporting production staff as needed on the work floor.

What we need
- Job requirements: - MBO working and thinking level;
- Starters and experienced operators are welcome, several years of experience in a similar position is a plus;
- Proficiency in Dutch or English to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues;
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and also on Saturdays as an extra day or with a replacement day during the week;
- Stress resistant;
- Good adaptability;
- Communicative and a real team player.
