About the function
As a production employee, you play an essential role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our seafood processing line. Your main tasks include processing, sorting, and packaging high-quality seafood products. You will work closely with your team to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and product consistency.
An average day starts with a team briefing, followed by hands-on tasks at various stations in the production line. You will monitor product quality, operate machinery, and maintain a clean workspace. Collaboration is key, as you rotate shifts and roles to support your colleagues and keep the workflow smooth.
