As a Production Worker, your typical day involves:
- Material Preparation: Place raw materials on the conveyor belt to start the production process;
- Production Work: Work through different stages of production while developing your skills;
- Quality Control: Ensure products meet our standards before shipment;
- Facility Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean and maintain food safety standards—these are non-negotiable requirements.

What we need
- Experience in seafood or food production is an advantage, but not required. We're happy to train motivated people from scratch;
- Able to work in a cold-environment production area and stand for extended periods throughout your shift;
- Strong attention to detail and genuine commitment to product quality—this matters to us and to our customers;
- Basic communication skills in English (A1)
- Reliable, punctual individuals who are motivated to work as part of a team;
- People who take pride in doing quality work and are willing to learn new skills.
