About the function
As a Team Leader Production, you are the link on the production floor. You combine people-focused leadership with a sharp eye for the production process. Together with your team, you ensure a smooth, safe, and high-quality production process.
You will lead the production team (2 operators and approximately 15 production employees); coach, motivate, and support your team in their development; create an open, pleasant working atmosphere focused on collaboration and improvement; and pay attention to continuity, involvement, and growth of people.
You will work closely with departments such as Business Office, Personnel Planning, Expedition, Technical Service, and Quality; ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations and contribute to a safe working environment; identify bottlenecks and provide practical solutions; and, together with your team, be responsible for achieving production schedules, quality, and delivery times.

What we need
- At least a completed secondary vocational education (MBO) and/or higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within production and/or the food industry;
- Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, improvement projects) is an advantage;
- Strong leadership skills with a people-oriented approach;
- Good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of Polish is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills, practical mindset, and decisiveness,
